Land of Medicine Buddha: tour and interview

by | Sep 27, 2024 | Buddhism.net Blog

The Land of Medicine Buddha is a Buddhist retreat center close to Santa Cruz, CA. It consists of 108 acres of beautiful redwood trees, trails and sacred sites. It was founded by two Tibetan Buddhist teachers whom I admire: Lama Yeshe, and Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

I recently went to the Land of Medicine Buddha to visit my friend Michael, the Executive Director. I told him we were doing a video for Buddhism.net. He was very kind. In addition to taking us on a tour of the land, he also sat down for an interview. And that was how we got two videos for the price of one. Enjoy!
