We are delighted to share the recording of Episode 21 of Vibe with Venerables, where we get to talk “live” to Buddhist masters together.

In this episode of Vibe with Venerables, Venerable Thubten Lamsel discusses Equanimity, emphasizing its role in cultivating inner freedom and healthy relationships. She explains how Equanimity helps overcome attachments, aversions, and indifference by recognizing the impermanence of relationships and the fundamental desire for happiness in all beings. She also shares personal experiences of transforming self-consciousness into warmth and inclusivity.

In answering participants’ questions, she advises on navigating limited time and energy, maintaining honesty in difficult conversations, and fostering curiosity to challenge preconceived notions. The session concludes with a meditation on extending warm-heartedness to all beings.
