We are delighted to share the recording of Episode 20 of Vibe with Venerables, where we get to talk “live” to Buddhist masters together.

In this episode of “Vibe with Venerables,” Venerable Chodron discusses the concept of Equanimity, emphasizing its importance in maintaining calm and balance in life. She explains how Equanimity involves treating all sentient beings equally, without bias, attachment, or anger. Venerable Chodron also addresses the challenges of practicing Equanimity in the face of adversity, such as dealing with criticism of Buddhism. She advises focusing on the motivation behind actions rather than the actions themselves.

The session concludes with a Q&A, where participants seek guidance on managing anxiety and making ethical decisions. Venerable Chodron encourages the cultivation of Equanimity to foster a more harmonious society.
