Reflections for “How to Establish Right Mindfulness“

by | Jan 16, 2024 | Buddhism.net Blog

The post titled How to Establish Right Mindfulness is now up on Buddhism for All. Angela from the Buddhism.net team reflected on it, and invites you to do so too.

🌕 Angela’s Reflections:

This post yields deep and precious gems. My greatest takeaway from this post is the elucidation of the three mental qualities needed to establish Right Mindfulness – diligence, clear comprehension and freedom from the five hindrances. This level of Right Mindfulness is very deep; definitely way deeper than the common mindfulness we learn of these days, of being mindful of eating a raisin, or being mindful of the weather. This level of mindfulness practiced, yields results way deeper than just stress management. Read this post, again and again.
