Happy Lhabab Duchen! šŸ™

Today marks one of the four great holy days in Tibetan Buddhism. It celebrates the Buddha’s return to earth after he spent a season in the Heaven of the Thirty-Three (Tāvatiṃsa), teaching the Dharma to his mother to repay her kindness.

Tradition holds that any merit (puƱƱa) created on this day is multiplied 100 million times, so every kind act counts today. Can you offer someone a compliment, take a few minutes to meditate, or contribute a simple offering?

Wishing everyone a peaceful and meaningful Lhabab Duchen. šŸ™
